Report summary

DeGrussa is a copper-gold mining operations operated and wholly owed by Sandfire Resources. Located 900km northeast of Perth in Western Australia and 150km north of Meekathara the mine started in 2012 as an open pit operation and transitioned into an underground mine a year later. The operation currently mines four high grade copper-gold deposits to feed a 1.5 million tonne per year capacity concentrator. In Q2 2017 Sandfire commenced development of the nearby Monty deposit with JV partner Talisman Mining (30%).
