Eagle copper mine
Report summary
The Eagle copper mine is a high grade nickel/copper deposit which began producing in 2014. In October 2016, Lundin reported that the Feasibility Study on Eagle East remained on track and was scheduled for completion before the end of the year. Development of the Eagle East exploration access ramp commenced in the third quarter and was progressing as scheduled. After three years of development work, production of ore from Eagle East was expected to arrive in the mill in Q4 2019.
