Table of contents
- In August 2024, Westgold Resources acquired Karora Resources. The acquisition allowed Westgold to integrate Karora's assets, including the Beta Hunt and Higginsville gold operations, with its existing mines in the Murchison region of Western Australia. As a result of the acquisition, Westgold restructured its operating segments to reflect its expanded portfolio, grouping its assets into two distinct regions: the Murchison operations and the newly acquired Southern Goldfields operations. The profile will no longer be updated and will be covered under the Company's Murchison operations - Mee.
