Operated by Jiangsu Cobalt Nickel Metal (KLK), the Taixing cobalt refining plant is located in Taixing city in Jiangsu province, China. The plant is a 100%-owned subsidiary of GEM Co., Ltd. The plant has a capacity of 5.0 ktpa cobalt sulphate and 12.5 ktpa cobalt tetroxide in contained cobalt as of 2021.
