Jiana Yingde Cobalt Refinery

Operated by Guangdong Jiana Energy Technology Co., Ltd, the Yingde cobalt refining plant is located in Yingde city in Guangdong province, China. The plant is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Dowstone Technology Co., Ltd. The plant produces cobalt sulphate from cobalt concentrate, crude cobalt hydroxide. The plant has a capacity of 3.9 ktpa cobalt sulphate (on a contained cobalt basis) as of 2021.
