King of the Hills (KoTH) is a bulk-tonnage gold operation about 25km north of Leonora and about 900km north-east of Perth in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. It is owned 100% by Vault Minerals, which was formed in June 2024 through the merger of Red 5 Limited and Silver Lake Resources Limited, and it is managed as part of Vault’s Leonora Operations. Leonora comprises the KoTH open pit and underground mines, the Darlot underground mine and the KoTH processing facility, which treats ore from all three mines. Darlot ore is trucked about 100km to the plant. First gold was poured in June 2022 and commercial production was declared in December 2022.
