Kirazli gold mine project
Kirazli is one of two projects owned by Alamos Gold in Turkey. The other one being Agi Dagi. A feasibility study on Kirazli was completed in 2017 and this was based on a five-year operation producing an annual average of 104koz of gold. On 14 October 2019, all construction activities were suspended. pending the renewal of the mining concessions. In October 2020, the Turkish government refused the renewal of the Company’s Forestry Permit.
