Report summary
Mount Rawdon gold mine is an operating gold mine situated 75km south-west of Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. The single pit operation targets a low grade gold deposit which is conducive to low-cost mining and treatment. Transition from contractor to owner-miner was done in 2014. The operation commenced production in 2001 and has been owned by Evolution Mining since 2011. It has produced about 2Moz till date.
