Mt Todd gold mine
Report summary
The Mt Todd project, previously known as Yimuyn Manjerr, involves large scale open pit mining. The projects Preliminary Feasibility Study considers a base case and an alternate scenario. The base case scenario (on which this analysis is based) provides a longer mine life and larger NPV at an ore processing rate of 50kt/d while the alternate scenario provides a shorter mine life, processing higher grade ore at a rate of 33kt/d. The operation is projected to produce over 400koz Au per year on average over an initial 13 year mine life. The property comprises the previously mined Batman and Quigleys deposits, located 290km southeast of Darwin in Northern Territory, Australia.
