Safford SxEw (Dos Pobres/ San Juan) copper mine

Report summary

The Safford mine property covers an area over 26,000 acres and currently mines two open pit deposits, Dos Pobres and San Juan. Copper cathode is produced by leaching crushed ore and treating the resultant pregnant leach solution by SxEw. Cathode production at Safford started in December 2007 and is costed in the accompanying analysis from January 2008 onwards.
