San Jose gold mine
Report summary
The San Jose deposits are considered to be typical Low Sulphidation Ag-Au epithermal vein deposits. Mining is by underground methods, mainly Mechanised Cut and Fill, and ore is processed in a 1.65kt/d conventional crushing, grinding, flotation mill and a leaching and foundry facilities to produce dore on-site (50% Au and 50%Ag). The dore bullion are transported to a refinery for further processing.
