Sanjiv Ridge iron ore mine
Report summary
The first ore was crushed at Sanjiv Ridge in February 2021, with a target production of 5 Mtpa expected to achieve in 2023. Sanjiv Ridge will produce 4-5 Mtpa over 5 to 6 years of a 58% Fe fines and lump product. With an estimated capital expenditure of A$50 million, this translates to a capital intensity of US$12.50, at 4 Mtpa. Production from Sanjiv Ridge will support Atlas Iron's portfolio as Mt Webber ramps down ahead of depletion in 2023.
