Tati closed copper mine
Report summary
Tati is comprised of the Phoenix and Selkirk mines, although currently only Phoenix is being exploited. Norilsk indicated that it was “winding down” the development of Phoenix and was studying various options for the mine during 2013/14, however this has subsequently been extended to ca. 2017. In addition, consideration was being given to the development of Selkirk as replacement feed to the existing plant.
