The Upstream Licensing Round Quarterly will keep you up to date on all licensing round activity. Updates will be published in January, April, July and October. Fifteen rounds launched in Q4 2018, as the year ended with a wealth of new opportunities. Five rounds also announced awards. There are 50 rounds underway, 25 of which could award before the end of Q1 2019. And more than 30 new years are likely to be launched in 2019.
