The Upstream Licensing Round Quarterly keeps you up to date on all licensing round activity. Updates are published in January, April, August and November. As the double crisis gripped the upstream industry in Q2 2020, most governments delayed bid round closing and awards. Some governments were able to stick to their licensing plans by swiftly moving their processes online. Most governments are aware of industry environment and some doing their part to provide incentives.
