Negotiations are continuing Friday 7 December with the last remaining hurdles yet to be cleared. The Saudis are working hard to finalise a deal and Russia's Energy Minister arrives this morning in Vienna to join the talks. A production restraint agreement is increasingly shaping up to be a six month one until June 2019, allowing the group to asses the impact of the cuts, sanctions against Iran and if waivers are extended when they expire on 5 May 2019.
