Growing oil storage in Asia. Could Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia (SIM) become the ARA of Asia?
Report summary
Increase in products trade flows will drive the oil storage demand in Asia Pacific. To meet the increasing trade flows and to alleviate the current tightness in the Asian storage market, investments in new storage projects will continue. However, storage capacity growth in Singapore will be limited by scarcity of land. Hence we see many storage projects being planned in Indonesia and Malaysia.
