Despite tightening reserve margin forecasts from the ISO, in ERCOT's most recent Generator Interconnection Status (GIS) Report published December 4th, the market indicated another 1,440 MW of gas fired project cancellations in the project queue, as gas projects have continued to leave the queue at an increasing rate over the last several years. Still, Texas regulators delayed meeting to discuss adjustments to current pricing rules.
