The presentation was entitled "Philippines power – what's next?". Despite the highest power tariffs in the region, capacity additions in the Philippines have not been sufficient to meet the demand. The declining domestic gas reserves creates opportunities for LNG but with uncertainties. What measures should be introduced to tackle these issues?
