The United Arab Emirates has large surplus all-supply balance positions across LPG and naphtha. Diesel remains balanced as demand increases, particularly from the bunker sector, are evenly paced by new supply. Gasoline moves deficit as demand growth remains robust without any major new source of supply. Fuel oil remains deficit as strong demand continues and a number of refinery projects reduce supply.
