Algeria's National Agency for the Valorisation of Hydrocarbon Resources (ALNAFT) has launched the 2024 Algeria Bid Round. Six onshore exploration blocks are on offer in the southwest and eastern parts of the country. This marks Algeria’s first licencing round since 2014. Terms are under the new 19-13 Hydrocarbon Law. Companies have until 25 April 2025 to submit bids.
