The Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) is a major part of Gazprom's Eastern Gas Programme. It is set to become the largest integrated gas processing plant in Russia and a key hub for gas exports to China. The plant will also supply Sibur's Amur Gas Chemical Complex (GCC) with ethane and other NGLs. The site is located 150 kilometres northeast of Blagoveshchensk, a city on the Russia-China border.
