Progress on big LNG supply projects lead the Asia-Pacific upstream in February: An expansion plan for PNG LNG takes shape, and Woodside's acquisition of ExxonMobil's stake in Scarborough makes it more likely to backfill and expand Pluto LNG. OMV exits Pakistan, selling to a subsidiary of United Energy Group in a US$191 million deal. In China, SK Innovation made its first oil discovery in the Pearl River Mouth basin.
