As exploration budgets begin to rebuild, companies are seeking the best investment opportunities. And many countries are eager to attract that investment (c. 80 licensing rounds are either open or planned to launch this year). We review the policies being developed by different countries to woo investors and analyse why some countries have been more successful than others.
