Aung Sinkha is an offshore gas field in Block M-3, located in the Gulf of Mottama, offshore Myanmar. PTTEP International signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) for Block M-3 in August 2004, with the agreement taking effect on 1 November 2004. PTTEP made the initial gas discovery on the block in 2011. In March 2013, PTTEP farmed out a 20% non-operated interest to Mitsui Oil Exploration Co. (MOECO).
