Babbage
Report summary
The Babbage gas field is located in the UK southern North Sea, 80 kilometres northwest from Easington in County Durham.The field has been developed using a not-normally-manned (NNM) platform, tied back via the West Sole infrastructure 28 kilometres to the southeast. Babbage has been developed in two phases using five horizontal platform wells.Gas from Babbage is transported via West Sole to the Dimlington terminal facilities.
