Under more attractive contract terms, Ecuador Intracampos Round was a success. Attracted by lowers investment requirements and government incentives, the small-mid cap companies dominated the round. New entrants and local players are expected to commit four times the investment seen since 2013. Smaller scale projects are positioned for strong returns and even better breakevens.
