The Baikalovskoye field is an oil, gas and condensate field in the Taimyr Peninsula, owned by Vostok Oil, a Rosneft (85%), Nord Axis (10%) and Fossil Trading (5%) project. The field is in Krasnoyarsk Krai (East Siberia). Its major challenge is its isolation - the nearest towns are Dudinka (around 150 kilometres away) and Norilsk (around 200 kilometres away), while the nearest oil pipeline is over 300 kilometres away at Vankorskoye.
