Report summary
The BassGas project comprises the offshore Yolla gas field that supplies the Lang Lang gas processing facility. The Yolla field has been developed via four wells drilled from the Yolla-A platform, which is around 93 kilometres offshore Victoria, and 109 kilometres offshore Tasmania. Gas from the platform is piped around 180 kilometres to the 67 TJ/day (60 mmcfd) capacity Lang Lang plant in Victoria. FID was taken in 2002, and first gas was achieved in 2006 via two wells. Two additional wells were completed in 2015.
