Report summary

The Bir Seba fields are located in southeast Algeria around 100 kilometres from Hassi Messaoud. PetroVietnam was awarded the Touggourt exploration licence in the 3rd Algerian International Licensing Round in 2002 and in 2003 PTTEP farmed in for a 35% share. The partners successfully appraised the Bir Seba field and discovered the MOM field.The exploration licence expired in 2010 and the partners are now progressing a two phase oil development with a maximum capacity of 36 000 40 000 ...
