Report summary
Block 14 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo basin, approximately 70 kilometres offshore the Cabinda region of Angola. Nine fields have been developed via the Tombua and Landana (TL), Benguela, Belize, Lobito and Tomboco (BBLT) and Kuito developments. In 2020, the three development areas were consolidated under one tax ring-fence.
