Report summary
The 15-2/17 block is in the Cuu Long Basin, offshore Vietnam and contains the Hai Su Vang (Golden Sea Lion) oil discovery. Operated by Murphy Oil, PetroVietnam and SK earthon, the Hai Su Vang field is estimated between 200 - 300 mmboe, one of the largest oil finds in Southeast Asia.
