Bourbon (MC 311) is an oil and gas field located in the Flextrend area of the Gulf of Mexico. The field was developed via a conventional platform with 24 slots placed over the field on block MC 311 in a water depth of 130 metres (428 feet). Apache acquired the Bourbon field in September 2003 from Shell (100%) as part of a transaction involving several regional assets.
