Research Presentation
Caspian gas exports in a new oil price environment
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Nick Gellatly, Research director for Russia & Caspian Upstream, presented on the future of Azerbaijani gas exports to Europe at the 2015 Caspian Oil & Gas conference in June. The development of the Southern Gas Corridor is making good progress and we expect first Azerbaijani gas deliveries into Italy in early 2020. Additional supply beyond Shah Deniz will be high cost to develop and to transport to Southern Europe. Turkey will offer the best netback for this gas.
