Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC)
Report summary
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) pipeline is the key export route for Kazakh liquids. It was commissioned in 2001 and a US$5.1 billion expansion project completed in 2018. Further capacity gains have been achieved thanks to a debottlenecking programme. The CPC runs across west Kazakhstan and Russia to a dedicated marine terminal at South Ozereika, near Novorossiisk on the Black Sea.
