Colombia’s ANH is tendering 95 blocks covering a wide variety of resource types, onshore and offshore, conventional and unconventional, mature and frontier, through the recently launched bid round. The ANH is offering attractive fiscal terms for both the offshore and unconventional blocks, which are aimed at attracting big players. Other onshore frontier and mature blocks are expected to interest smaller companies.
