Denbury Resources has announced the sale of producing oil and gas assets in the Permian, Mid-Continent, and Gulf Coast to Quantum Resources Management, LLC for US$900 million. The divested assets were initially acquired through Denbury's acquisition of Encore Acquisition Company which closed in March 2010 (please see previous M&A Service deal insight).
