Enterprise Products Partners plans to go where others have failed in North Dakota. The company announced plans on 24 June 2014 to construct a 340,000 b/d pipeline connecting the Bakken to Cushing, OK. The Enterprise pipeline proposal pushes post-2014 capacity additions to 900,000 b/d or an amount almost equal to regional production in late 2012. With the addition, capacity will exceed then converge with forecasted Williston Basin oil production of 1.7 million barrels per day in 2019.
