The offshore Ikalou Block is wholly owned and operated by Eni and contains two shallow water oil fields: Ikalou and Ikalou Sud. Each was developed with its own unmanned tripod platform. Production started in December 2007 and is exported to the Loango processing facilities, for onward transport to the onshore Djeno terminal. The Ikalou and Ikalou Sud fields have been developed using two unmanned tripod platforms.
