The Iroko block is located offshore Cameroon, adjacent to the maritime border with Nigeria. It is situated in the Rio del Rey basin, which is the eastern extension of the prolific Niger Delta. In 2008, Addax signed a production sharing contract (PSC) for the acreage and subsequently discovered two fields: Iroko (2008) and Padouk (2012).
