Report summary
The Issaran heavy oil field is located on the West Bank of the Gulf of Suez. LL&E (now ConocoPhillips) discovered it in 1981.Following appraisal, LL&E and ARCO (now BP) deemed the field to be sub-commercial prior to relinquishing it.
