Korpeje Area (Turkmenneft)
Report summary
The state-owned Korpeje Area is located in southwest Turkmenistan. The Korpeje field is one of the main onshore producing assets in the South Caspian basin.Korpeje largely produces gas, alongside some oil and condensate. It has historically underpinned gas deliveries to Iran via the Korpeje-Kord Kuy export pipeline, which was commissioned in 1997. Korpeje also serves as a hub for output from nearby fields, including East Kamishldzha and South Bugdaili.
