Report summary
Lucina, MBya and M'Wengui are located offshore Gabon, in the southern Lower Congo Basin. The fields were discovered and brought onstream in the 1970s and 1980s. Production peaked at around 27,000 b/d in 1984. Perenco acquired operatorship in the 1990s and undertook incremental work to extend the fields' producing life.
