Maari
Report summary
The Maari development is located approximately 70 kilometres offshore in the Taranaki Basin. The development consists of two structures - Manaia and Maari. Development of the Maari Area was sanctioned on 21 November 2005. Oil production began in February 2009. The development utilises a wellhead platform and a FPSO with a processing capacity of 40,000 b/d. The FPSO was originally leased. However, the joint venture purchased it in March 2013.
