Asset Report
Muruk
Report summary
The Muruk field is contained within two permits, PPL 402 and PDL 9. It is located approximately 25 kilometres north-west of the Hides central processing facility in Papua New Guinea. The field was discovered with the Muruk-1 well in 2018. We believe that Muruk will be developed as backfill for the two-train PNG LNG facility at Caution Bay, with first production expected in 2043.
