Nasiriyah
Report summary
Nasiriyah is a large oil field located approximately 200 kilometres to the northwest of Basra. The field is estimated to hold recoverable resources of 4.4 billion barrels and was brought onstream in 2009. The state-owned Dhi Qar Oil Company operates the Nasiriyah and Subba fields in the Dhi Qar province in southern Iraq.
