Report summary

Norpipe connects the Ekofisk field and the oil/NGL terminal in Teesside in the UK and was the first oil pipeline system to be constructed in the Norwegian sector. The pipeline has a design capacity of one million barrels per day but its nominal capacity is restricted by capacity at the Teesside facilities. A subsea connection point was installed in 1994 to accommodate the J Block fields in UK. An additional link from Fulmar to the J Block Norpipe line was added in 1997.During 2008 ...
