Novoportovskoye
Report summary
Novoportovskoye is the largest oil field on the Yamal Peninsula. Due to its remote location, it was undeveloped for nearly 50 years until pilot development began in 2011. The licence for Novoportovskoye was transferred from Gazprom to Gazpromneft in early 2012.
