Report summary
Oberrheintal, or 'Upper Rhine Valley', contains several small oil and gas fields. Most are now decommissioned. The largest field in the region, Römerberg, is covered in a separate report.The largest fields covered in this analysis, Eich and Landau, produced oil from Tertiary Oligocene reservoirs.
