OML 4 lies in the northwestern Niger Delta and is located 78 kilometres from the Warri, Delta State. Oben is its only producing oil and gas field. Oben is a key gas production and processing hub in the western delta. Its gas plant has been expanded twice to meet growing domestic demand and now has a capacity of 465 mmcfd.
